Madly, I received the Proxy package the other day. I was very disappointed at the way they did this. They enclosed the annual report--as they must do--but it was for the abysmal year ended November 30, 1997. As far as I know there is nothing that precluded them from enclosing some sort of update describing the company's substantial progress since then (the latest 10Q could have been included even). Many shareholders do not follow the stock on the Internet as assiduously as we do, and they've done nothing to bolster the spirits of their technologically challenged constituents. Just so you don't think I just bend your electronic ear on these matters, I have put in a call to discuss these matters with Howard Davidoff, an INTI director (one of two) who has an office close to mine in New York City. I'll keep you posted, as I do believe this company has potential. Larry.
