What to make of Friday's trading boys? Never felt so bad making a point in a bad market has to have a stock give up 80% of its gains from the open. Is this announcement a negative for the company? Stock's lost 50% of it's value in a month and a half. And people want out at this price after this news? What's up? My understanding was this: Sell off on CEO's news. Slight recovery. Further sell off on concerns over cash crunch from rapid growth, hence the need for the IPO spinoff. Now that the cash issue is very favorably resolved, and the moralists have sold, what's missing other than the market in general. If the rest of the market corrects like this one will see a 4500 Dow.
