Sorry to disappoint, but my info isn't from Mr Mork's "network", as you put it.

And I, in turn, am amused that you appear to believe that an official SEC ruling is somehow to be considered "untrue" or "unreliable".

It is clear that John Fasano was involved in securities fraud. He was a Bad Boy. You really think it's a good idea to have him working IR for AZNT? What does that say about the company and its management?
