I wish I had a reference but some months back I read an interesting report on insider buying that suggested there was little correlation at all. The article concluded that insider buying could be a measurement of management attitude which, of course, you want to find as positive. This tends to correlate with my own experience. Insiders usually are guilty of "drinking their own bath water". But then, they should. Best, Stitch
