I hear he is reluctant to come to the phone these days, but in the event you reach him I have one or two questions I hope you will ask.

1. In the SEC filing, Mike Sylver's bio represents that he founded and managed the "largest independent company in NV" at one time. Is there any way to verify this information ? It has been alleged that he i fact had a two person air conditioner repair business. Big difference, I'm sure he would want to help dispell this dreadful rumor. No ?

2. What is Bob Quiel's current position with the company and how is he paid ?

3. When was John Fasano hired and how is he paid?

4. Was Mann the operator of a boiler room that sold AZNT stock?
