Is it a total of 19.1 million shares? Message 5620290 OR Is it a total of 69.1 million shares? Message 5511688 Does anyone know who received the extra 50 million shares and in exchange for what? Could they have gone to the third world PSTN companies, and aren't most of these foreign utility companies government operated? Wouldn't these foreign governments want to sell these shares at the highest price possible? So, who is hyping this stock?
