I appreciate your attachment to ECD. It is a great opportunity. The technologies are awesome and one would like to think the discovery of these facts by the investing community would occur sooner rather than later. I jumped in with what I felt to be adequate DD and have seen a 50% erosion in my position in something like 90 days. This has occurred with several positive developments and few if no negative ones that I am aware of. This is a characteristic of poor execution. Laurels do not count. Stempel was dumped by GM. He is a trophy president with high name recognition. If he were effective in this position the market cap of ECD would be otherwise. Physicists are generally not standout businessmen. I think it is fair to be concerned about the plight of this company, which was at a low before the general market drop. It is definitely disconcerting for them to do anything that could be construed as evasive. My God, what's to avoid? Is there any more downside?
