"Has any settlement ever been reached in the shareholders lawsuit against CAWS from a few years ago ??" No yet. "I'd say that lawsuit is the best chance long-term shareholders have of ever getting anything back from their CAWS shares." Yep, you are correct. Another possibility is a favorable ruling from the judge who is reviewing the bankcruptcy. Based on the number of letters sent to him by irate sharholders, some of the obvious mis-management that has occured, and the sweetheart deal management has arranged for themselves, I would think there is a decent chance this may occur.
