I previously stated to be a SOR on 9-7 that shares needed to be purchased by 9-4-98. That is incorrect. It should read Weds, 9-2-98 as it has to be 72 BUSINESS" hours prior to the SOR. ( this is due to bookkeeping, clearing house, etc)

Please verify with your broker.
