Reverse Split-- A Fresh Perspective Needed
I have been following this company for some time. One reverse had already occurred. I am interested to make about a 10K share investment but naturally I would figure that bad luck will continue to follow me. I saw GEGI, now tickered BIOF go from pennies to over $7 a share in this year alone. The stock there had previously done a reverse split and as usual, I was in before the split, being left with 40 shares that at one point were worth around $19. I got out at around $250. I did phone the company's PR in that case and found out that the company was being funded by insiders who could keep moving the stock up in the recent bull market as the company was in something called a public shell. Naturally, the stock has subsided some in the downturn of things.

Can anyone check with the company on the latest thinking in reverse splitting the stock again? I realize management said they won't but we need an update in thinking as the price has continued to erode. I also realize management may not tell the truth but if they put forth a logically sounding justification why they would not reverse split again, it may be worth the gamble of trying to believe in them and getting in now. BOST is also quivering on the brink of BK but my hunch is that someone will step in to keep it going. If any of you believe I should phone management to check out the latest thinking, give me the number and I will. Thanks and good luck to all.
