Mr Yandamuri, According to this posting we now have at least another 30 days of waiting (at the least). After you posted this message I expected the price to erode more, and it has. It appears that on 29th day SKB could post both requirements and then who would know how much longer this could drag out. For the record, I'm still holding my shares tight to the end. Also I intend to do some more extensive DD in the next few weeks to see if I can come up with an exact and accurate share outstanding/float count, This to find out if AETI has been selling from the inside over the last few months. If anyone out there knows how to find the transfer agent and can get the accurate stock accounting I would appreciate it. I will not go to CFG or AETI for reports on disposition of lawsuit. I will try to find an independent third party that can report to me on the success, or lack thereof, occuring in the canadian court system. If in fact suit is dismissed, and can confirm that AETI has not been dumping shares I will likely take a much larger position. But until I get these questions resolved I'm not making a move.
