But look at the charts of so many pennies, pennies that ARE NOT diluting, and watch the prices falling, after steady BUYING. Do you honestly think that that is real selling by longs?

Keep in mind, when I say it happens all the time, I was referring to the sell short with a cover minutes later to keep the business.

The mean kind is usually done after a runup or if the shorters feel the company won't even try and support the stock with news. It is done by major players for the most part, it is not done by "regular" investors, but it can be done by them.
