The point is not whether they have an export license. Of course they do. That's what's being sent to you. The point is whether this is, as claimed, an exclusive license.

Certainly it might be exclusive insofar as it pertains to AZNT's own products. But raw materials--such as, for example, stevia--are not "products". My own online reading indicates that plenty of stevia and other Brazilian herbs, and herbal products, are imported into the States on a regular basis. You can get 'em lots of places.

Why would AZNT be awarded exclusive rights to plants of the rainforest? An absurd idea, and not a very profitable one for the Brazilian government.
