I got a private message directing me to ieee's website. The messenger--realizing I have no training or knowledge in networks suggested that I may need to brush up. I guess its self study as C. Daniel also has limited understanding of network and what FNTN is trying to do (just repeating what an engineer posted to me). Cliff--do you know what they are trying to do?
