Steve Hick's so-called plan never materialized but it did stall the final date of court approval till Oct. Lawsuit against Palermo is another venture which will fail and it would be nice to see some of these leaches(lawyers) get the hell out of our company's affairs and let this show get on the road. My friends and I have taken our licks and would like to see progress not this slow death. Talks with bank will commence tomorrow and I think that matter will be cleared up by Thursday. Golfsmith called and said they want and need the Quadrax shafts-the demand is still very big. Too bad PGA show in Vegas passed by but I think it won't take much for Quadrax to be accepted again.
