This is indeed a good news for the market. However, I have not much trust in Yeltsin. Both Russia and China were huge communist nations. China's economy is in much better shape. I can't imagine that he let a 35-year-old run this huge country. If he really likes young man, maybe Michael Dell is a better choice.
