I agree totally with you. I don't think that Mr. Thorburn wants to be with another company after he gave up his for shares of this one. He's been thru several routes to date and does not want a "crash and burn" with his name at the helm. He appears to be juggling in many areas - internal and external - and besides he would like a raise above $125,000 a year in a profitable company. I would certainly vote for his raise when (and if) he makes money for us stockholders.
Dilution of earnings and voting power comes from going from adding more common stock shares with no change in stock value or earnings. If 8,000,000 shares gives $.10 in earnings then 80,000,000 shares could give $.01 in earnings under the proper circumstances. If I owned 800,000 shares I would control 10 percent of the company. With 800,000 shares and 80,000,000 shares would reduce my voting power to 1 percent. I believe the share total won't hurt in the future as long as earnings and value are added as happens in profitable larger companys.
Less is better but not always bad. More is better if it keeps the company on line til profits are realized and grown.
As you can see, I like to ramble so I pass the baton on to some one else, for a while.
