Does anybody have any comments on the Visx Summit - Azema Patent Claim. I talked to VISX some time ago,the hearing is Feb 3,97. I believe VISX is the real buy, but I want to wait till this claim has been settled. It could put them out of business. According to the 95 report, they could have to make a deal with Summit, unlikely from past dealings; or develop something new, new FDA Approval. A couple of people have mentioned the Patents. Someone seemed to think it should have been droped when Muller left Summit, why didn't they? What are your comments? G. Hickey
