Doug, I never wanted IPM to fail. Just to have it's true merits fully known. Omega??, you need to search it in corporate records in it's state. Any PP with real money will see the shares at .01 and if they add $1 million that is to buy 100 million shares, huge dilution. If they want to do less shares out they will do a reverse split of 100:1 and then buy a million shares at $1. This is the same thing. the new money will control all and those whou bought in at $10 will break even when IPM trades at $1000, quite a wait. All is irreversibly stacked against you as the Omnibus proxy will kill any hope of a SH revolution unless Charles can get 50% actual proxies, a remote hope. Bill
