Hey Arnie: My son in law speaks well of the functionality of the NXTL phones and how they are used in dispatching trrucks in their transmodal operations around Oakland. But he says that the NXTL is very unresponsive when it comes to equipment service calls. Are these things maintained by reps. or by the company.? What is their recourse when no one gets back to them in 2 or 3 weeks?
