I think you are just a little off on your figures, IPM traded Friday 10,900 shares and the price was .05 cents, If someone were to buy one million shares the price would probably go to at least .50, and that would not be much of a dilution at all. The .01 is the price the brokerage house is paying, not the price you would have to pay to buy.

I know you are not stupid, you know this, your post was just another attempt on your part to distort the truth.

Why don't you tell the other posters what your true purpose is.
