Dear Tim,

Does this mean we have a wager or not, one 1/4 bushel juicy Florida oranges, against a case of your finest beer.

For you to win, stock must close Friday below 34 (you had said "between 33-35")

For me to win, stock must close Friday above 45 (and that is being generous), if the stock stays at 40 and the market continues to head south, it would show enormous strength in ASND.

I believe rumors, overselling, and great price will keep this stock here at 40 or better.
