But let's see what Saul has been up to:

Let's see Saul is putting wells back on pump jacks thereby creating a future maintenance headache for Oilex. Saul stole assets from Allen Burditt. This is called Grand Larceny. Saul has no proof that the Debenture monies were used improperly. Saul is saying that Burditt never advanced cash to Oilex which is untrue. All of these statements are evidence of slander. Let's recap:

Saul is incompetent to run an oil company
Saul has committed Grand Larceny
Saul has committed slander.

Not a good track record.
