Why would someone want to throw cash at a declining market, the
momentum is decidedly downward in direction, and in general, it is
likely that 3rd and 4th quarter earnings reports will be lack lustre
for many of the DOW 30 and the NAZ 100 especially the high techs.
What is the basis for your statement??
