Hello Stockaholic: Looking at some of the SEMI/REPT numbers after the pending merger. Rept has 55 million cash. If rept pays all of Semi long term debt we end up with a consolidated company debt free with 10.5 million shares doing 1/2 billion+ in sales. SEMI @ $1/REPT @$5 is getting so under valued and oversold its pathetic. Rept has book value of $8.95 and SEMI of $1.32. What is your opinion on a buying opportunity here?
