Paunch, A direct treasury buy would be a fool to offer at 50 cents when trades are at 01-05. He could be totally screwed as he would lack board control. Only board control would tempt an investor now. To put in $1 M and leave the nest of thieves in control would be foolish. I have no motive that you would understand. You feel that money is the only motivator. Ever stop to help an accident victim, or someone who has been mugged? Do you ever help tourists clutching maps and looking lost? I thought not. One fine day your real name and motives will make fine courtroom reading, perhaps others names will be there too. I know mine will not. Bill
