I remember fondly when you and I were on the MTEI thread trying to find the missing $160 million. Maybe you could help me understand something here,and maybe help me find the money. Amazon delivered 4 million shares to a Mr. Mann who was supposed to do a private placement in the company, which means the company was going to receive some funds (how much?). Now we hear that Mr. Mann has sold the shares and the company is trying to force him to buy back the stock. Am I wrong to assume that if Mr Mann had agreed to pay the company let's say $500,000 it would be logical for the company to sue for the money and to let the regulators deal with Mr. Mann (and whoever else is involved, maybe a lawyer) if he did indeed sell stock he wasn't suppose to sell? (He couldn't have done it himself.) The company would then put the money to work for its shareholders. What do you think happened to the proceeds from the sale of the stock?
