Burditt takes assets from Oilex to purchase luxury items and puts title in off shore
corporations and Saul recovers the assets for the oilex shareholders as the items
are ownerless. No one and least of all Burditt wants to claim the assets and open up
an IRS investigation as Burditt forget to claim or report income subject to USA taxes
when these luxury items were acquired with assets moved from Oilex to
Phoenix Resources to the seller. MY my and how do you handle it when
Burditt's cry baby called Steve Hales objects. Steve does not want the assets to
be returned to the correct party. But Burditt never showed any sources of income
to maintain this lavish lifestyle other than what he and Timmins were able to steal
from the shareholders of Oilex. And Saul and the SEC and the Texas Securities Board
have access to the bank account records and to the names and files of witnesses,
and to the testimony of involved people that want to make "deals" to spill the beans
in exchange for a soft probation and full restitution. When the game is over all the
protection falls away and leaves the criminal bare at the end. But Steve Hales wants
to stay loyal right to the bitter end. Hey Steve Hales the deceit is over. It will not work
any more. It is time to save your hide.
