Welcome to the thread Stan.

Hinds draws his power, ostensibly, from Ramtron and Intag. We must assume they are behind the proxy.

Other than the fact the Ramtron is always first to prostrate itself before big money and options it will be interesting to see of Intag blinks and votes "NO". I doubt it, because they will convince themselves, that even though the shares are authorized, Racom will use them judiciously.

I don't see how Racom can go forward without money. They are going to have to get it somewhere. An S-3 is the easy way out. I'm hoping Hinds and Bertman will be creative and dip into their bag of contacts and deliver another solution.
