Jens,

Sorry for the heat in my last post. You did see the connection.
I read and responded prior to reading this post.

My feeling is that NUOA is selling the shares from offshore and
then giving Flex. a kick-back % of the proceeds. NUOA makes $
as does Flex., ARET loses value, no matter what.

Mr. J needs to get rid of Flex. I'm un certain as to how ARET
can divest itself of Flex. other than dumping their shares on
the market, or make some sort of deal to sell their shares back
to them. As to NUOA selling on our market, yes, and would they
sell they way that the shares have been sold, also yes, If I
wanted to sell alot of shares on the open market I would do it
just the way it has been done. A 200,000 shares sell here and
there everyday would not draw that much attention. In the
FAX to James (I think) Mr. J alludes to the fact that there
was a few holders with 10 to 15 million shares each that were
selling. I would submit that those few holders are part of
NUOA.
