Hi Ted! Salaries have to be paid. This company hasn't been around for two and a half years by not paying its people. They're not sitting around waiting for the offering to keep the team together. They are working - refining the products, working with Bayer, and negotiating orders even without the specific demo discs. Naturally, none of this cam be done for free. I believe the small financing done last month was partly for the purpose of meeting wage requirements. >>>a quaint turn<<< I don't really follow you. The company can't access any of the funds in the escrow account without giving the investor the opportunity to receive their funds back. It would be illegal.
