The rent on the Vista plant has been paid thru Oct98-RI plant rent will be negotiated next month. The current buyers will put up $1M to start plant but need seed money to buy materials. A large snowboard company just asked for a very large order to be filled-the numbers blow anything TM or Spinergy never came close too. If the old creditors get their act straight-they could be spending their energy on better things than lawyer fees. Just like a divorce case-let the past be just that and get on with the future.
