from the new converge web site it just about came out and said they have an order for 50,000units or around 15-20million plus with the option of another 200,00units. i think in the very short time we are will start to see converge become more in the public and obvious the web site is very impressive. what i hear is the deal with VEN is a done deal that its just a formality to get it signed and publicly announced because its a great deal for dssi and them. in addition, as everybody knows dssi is very conservative and that are not going to put that bit in writing unless it was a done deal. regarding the private placement, this is rumor, but common sense is the value of the converge depends on the contract . what i hear is right now on the tsble is a value od around 25 million but with a order of 20 million with the potential of 100million the value will rise dramatically. again, all i hear is great thing about converge and who kiddin who nothing is built in the stock so anything positive could make it move. all i see is margin selling like alot of stock. one point that was very impressive was a new market maker jumped in friday and seemed like a big buyer called tucker anthony which is a great firm . so dssi mkt cap of around 25 million with no debt and stock in tsemf and dsi israel with converge seems unbelievable cheap . it doesn't help that the russel 2000is down 27%from april but people will look back in reget. still loading up on the stock and brought my average cost to 4.375 which is very good considering everything else with small caps in the market.
