I think the period is during May-July, 1996...I don't have it in front of me right now, but I'm sure nothing during 1997 is covered. The price during the period covered by the lawsuit was around $15-$22/share I think. You at least have some chance of actually getting your money back the normal way (through stock appreciation) !!
