How much more could the vse go down were just above 400 if it keeps it up there will be no more vse they might as well close it down
My myself think it will slip under 400 and that will be the bottom of the bottom less pit and i for one would like the vse to set some new rules about shorting.something to the effect that is the vse is 600 or better then short should be able to take place but were we are now there should be no shorting allowed
