That is true. The esteemed Milton Friedman is convinced that the Great Depression will not happen again any time soon, because the Fed will not hesitate to print money. I agree that the market is lowering rates ahead of the Fed, just as it raised them in late 1993 and 1994 ahead of the Fed. Tom
