1. T>O>N is not stevia.
2. It is the farthest thing possible from stevia that there can be.
3. T>O>N is sold as a DIETARY SUPPLEMENT PUBLIC LAW 103-417 (S.784);
OCTOBER 25,1994, 21 USC 301......
4. FDA approval is not required at all for any DIETARY SUPPLEMENTS.
5. All DIETARY SUPPLEMENTS are controlled by the DIETARY SUPPLEMENT
HEALTH AND EDUCATION ACT OF 1994.
6. T>O>N is not labeled a sweetener, The label does say that T>O>N is a dietary supplement, as required by the DSHEA OF 1994.
7. Under the DSHEA OF 1994 LAW if the FDA was to test T>O>N they would
have to do so on there own nickel. They would find the same findings as
the FDA approved testing lab did that gave AZNT the NUTRITIONAL FACTS in
the first place.
8. After this FDA test the FDA would have to by LAW give AZNT a FDA
approval number.
This will never happen. For if they did AZNT could label T>O>N as a
sweetener. Then KATIE BAR THE DOOR. Every food manufacture in the world
could use T>O>N. In any product that they wanted.
9. Nutra Sweet would never let this happen. It would put them right out
of business and make the position of AZNT so strong that AZNT could name there own price
and they would have no choice but to surrender to AZNT"S monetary demands.
10. Nutra Sweet is the reason why stevia was never approved in the US.
Nutra Sweet told the FDA not to approve stevia. This is a fact told to AZNT
by XXXXXXXXXXXXX. from the NutraSweet Kelco Company when he was
in the AZNT office last year.
11. T>O>N has been used around the world since 1965 by DR. DOMINGOS
LORICCHIO P.h.D,MD.BIC.,CE.,NPH.,etc,etc,ets, therefore AZNT could make application for (G>R>A>S>) with T>O>N.
12. The general public is getting sick of the FDA. The last thing that
the public needs is another FDA approved Sweetener. The FDA has one boss
and that boss is money!
This type of business is growing by leaps and bounds world wide. AZNT would lose a large percent of the DIETARY SUPPLEMENT market if T>O>N was FDA approved. The
people that buy supplements
want to buy supplements just that, not another FDA approved killer. If
T>O>N was FDA approved the people would think that is was just another
sweetener that big business is trying to shove down the publics throat.
No Thanks. That is not the AZNT style. AZNT is a manufacture of Dietary
Supplements and AZNT wants to remain the same.
13. T>O>N will stand on its own. AZNT and T>O>N are the best, and the word is
getting out to the world. It is mushrooming by the minute.
