Chas, Does it seem strange that construction should stop on a headquarters building because of a slowdown? Construction might stop on it if there were a merger in the wings, though. HMMMMMMM. I bought FLC because it seems to currently have the best chart. It is definitely trying to bottom but if there is enough panic who knows. Until the whole group bottoms I guess I shouldn't expect anything.
