Joe, I know nothing different this week from last week or last month. I spoke with the company recently and do not have any indication of any problem. I understand we should be seeing some news releases in the coming weeks. I think the problem with the stock price is very simple. Nobody wants to buy aggressively in this market environment. And the small amount of selling that comes in knocks the stock price severely. Last week we went down 5/8 point on an impressively small volume. My fundamental opinion of the company has not changed. The only negative I am aware of (apart from the 4 cent charge included in the q2 numbers)is the ongoing delay in the next phase of the Blackhawk program. I had expected to see contracts let for the next seven helicopters by now. The company tells me that the Q and I for the Blackhawk should be completed in a matter of a few weeks. I do not agree with some posts which question the earning power of the company. Hope this helps. I am very surprised to see these levels again, but my feeling is that we will not be down here for long. Elliot
