Okay, I've thought about it and I'm posting a portion of the PM I sent to jhild. It is without warranty, and is pretty self explanatory ... Got to hit the sack, so a pleasant good night to all.

<< Anyway, happy to give you page, etc. On page nine (9) the third entry is AZNT ... near the end of their paragraph, it says,
Medicamento _________________________ Insumo Exportar
In reviewing all of the other grants of license, none have the word 'Insumo' used anywhere within their grants. This references Alvara de Funcionamento which licenses 'Importing and Exporting of Products (Medicamenios Extotericos)'
My translator (and I use the term advisably .. haha) says that used in this manner, as one word, in this context it most probably conveys exclusivity, but she is not absolutely sure. She had no problem with my saying that it did in a post, but I tend to err on the side of caution. And she also said it may be limited by specific geographical boundries ... but we do not have an Atlas handy to check lat/lon until tomorrow morning.
