Just caught up - if 'insumo' appeared to be one word, the context would seem to make more sense that way IF the word is the same as in spanish - it would mean here that the goods being shipped would be used to make other goods, i.e. ingredients, as opposed to being 'consumo' - consumer goods ready for retail. But that's Spanish.
