No, the "float" is alleged to be 16 million. The total shares outstanding as of the beginning of November was 77 million and there is a reduction with the recision agreement. Much, if not all, of the shares associated with the ACL acquisition was restricted. The free trading shares are alleged to be only 16 million. Not a chance!!
