if OPEC has a meeting tomorrow and decides to curb production so oil prices will stabilize or go up, does that mean there are less oil in the ground?

Supply of chips has been artificially curbed to somewhat match demand. I think the tone would be substantially different here if demand is using up capacity and not a random level of production.

I for one have not ignored the stabilization of the DRAM prices. The most natural group of stocks to watch are the boxmakers, whose profits may be squeezed a little.
