If they are not public, does that mean they'll not appear in our trading accounts? How do we know when we've received them, and does this mean that the warrants can't be sold but must be exercised? If, on the 31st of May, 1999, CVIA is trading at $20, will I be able to sell those warrants for about $17 each, or will my only option be to "use" them by buying x,xxx shares for $3? How many warrants will be issued in total?
