Thanks very much for the rational explanation of HK government actions. Kind of like when Rubin and BOJ waited until the best possible moment to sell dollars!<VBG> Makes perfect sense now. It's difficult to attach any importance to media reports anymore since they invariably either have the wrong slant or have made downright wrong conclusions.
