First - don't take it too seriously, I see it more as a sentiment indicator.
Second, it's been down 21%, so we should expect at least as much from the market before a rebound. Rebound is possible - and it is IMO weakly predictable, so the point is to make a plan what to do should it occur. I say - sell any longs, if any, and establish more shorts, if prudent.
