Eddie: If you have next day warranty service call Dell. They were at my house and replaced a modem in 24 hours. Call 800 624 9896 Then hit 2 to save time going thru the menu. Have your express service code ready. I really hope this will help. Nothing could be more disappointing. My Lincoln killed it's own battery Saturday, fan ran all night; relay malfunction. I've got to get it in and take a rental car. Warranty, yes, pleased: no. That's life, tho, and I'll buy another. I'm not having a worst hurt contest with you, Eddie, just commiserating.
