Santiago, have been looking over these "two programs" you put forth and have some comments.
This is only a suggestion to you that may make clearer the two distinct programs of God.
Rightly dividing the Word of Truth See 11 Timothy 2:15
I am not sure how you exactly meant this, but if you are saying here Paul is telling Timothy in effect to "divide" the word into two truths, then I would suggest your interpretation of "divide here is not appropriate. IMO the word is better defined as explain or teach. Not to split. Some of the words of Paul right around the scripture is used to show why I think this.
8 Remember Jesus Christ, raised from the dead, a descendant of David--that is my gospel,
10 Therefore I endure everything for the sake of the elect, so that they may also obtain the salvation that is in Christ Jesus, with eternal glory.
14 Remind them of this, and warn them before God that they are to avoid wrangling over words, which does no good but only ruins those who are listening.
So the gospel is still only one gospel, which Paul also hopes to use that the elect might also obtain salvation(same gospel) and he tells Timothy not to be "word wrangling" .
As far as all the covenants, I do not profess to understand the bottom line to all of them, and won't try here. But with regards to your "prophesy" and "mystery " I still have a hard time seperating these and I will use some more scripture to show you why .
(1 Pet 1:1-12) Peter, an apostle of Jesus Christ, To the exiles of the Dispersion in Pontus, Galatia, Cappadocia, Asia, and Bithynia, who have been chosen and destined by God the Father and sanctified by the Spirit to be obedient to Jesus Christ and to be sprinkled with his blood: May grace and peace be yours in abundance. Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! By his great mercy he has given us a new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, and into an inheritance that is imperishable, undefiled, and unfading, kept in heaven for you, who are being protected by the power of God through faith for a salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. In this you rejoice, even if now for a little while you have had to suffer various trials, so that the genuineness of your faith--being more precious than gold that, though perishable, is tested by fire--may be found to result in praise and glory and honor when Jesus Christ is revealed. Although you have not seen him, you love him; and even though you do not see him now, you believe in him and rejoice with an indescribable and glorious joy, for you are receiving the outcome of your faith, the salvation of your souls. Concerning this salvation, the prophets who prophesied of the grace that was to be yours made careful search and inquiry, inquiring about the person or time that the Spirit of Christ within them indicated when it testified in advance to the sufferings destined for Christ and the subsequent glory. It was revealed to them that they were serving not themselves but you, in regard to the things that have now been announced to you through those who brought you good news by the Holy Spirit sent from heaven--things into which angels long to look!
This is not a different gospel. In fact, although Peter penned this letter, it could have very well been Paul as the message is the same.
The mystery IMO is an "open secret" . It is the historical activity of the person of Christ. Can't you imagine the angels peering from heaven looking at Jesus the "human" and thinking, "say what"? Not to mention the Person of the Holy Spirit coming to live IN humans!!
(Eph 2:11-20) So then, remember that at one time you Gentiles by birth, called "the uncircumcision" by those who are called "the circumcision"--a physical circumcision made in the flesh by human hands-- remember that you were at that time without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers to the covenants of promise, having no hope and without God in the world. But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ. For he is our peace; in his flesh he has made both groups into one and has broken down the dividing wall, that is, the hostility between us. He has abolished the law with its commandments and ordinances, that he might create in himself one new humanity in place of the two, thus making peace, and might reconcile both groups to God in one body through the cross, thus putting to death that hostility through it. So he came and proclaimed peace to you who were far off and peace to those who were near; for through him both of us have access in one Spirit to the Father. So then you are no longer strangers and aliens, but you are citizens with the saints and also members of the household of God, built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus himself as the cornerstone.
The Gentiles as shown above, SHARE ,as adopted sons, the covenant of promise, which is Jesus the Christ as Lord and Savior.
Eph. 1:
v5 He destined us for adoption as his children through Jesus Christ, according to the good pleasure of his will,
v9 he has made known to us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure that he set forth in Christ,
I take all this to say that as a gentile, I have been adopted as a full status son(praise God) and share equally in the promise that I have faith in the Son of God, Jesus the Christ, as both Lord and King of my salvation through His sacrifice once for all.
