*OT*Do you know how to open this machine up? If you go to dell.com and click on the support icon (It's a little wrench). This will bring up an option called Trouble Shoot your Dell System. You can then enter your service tag number which will take to a custom web page that knows your machine configuration. (Either the service tag number or the Express service code can be used, They are found in a folder in Windows 95 under Start-Programs-Dell Accessories) TP
