I don't know if what we are seeing is, or seems to be, supply and demand (be it OTC style or not).

I wish the proper Co. fillings were made public, to my eyes they are late. The small investor is left unprotected from this barrage of selling (or precieved selling). One might not "loose" until one actually executes the sale, but it is definetly depressing to see day after day how the share price gets pounded without the proper "demand drivers" being set in motion.

Right now there are mostly "supply drivers" in motion and the result is plain to see.

I think there is much, much, more to this Co. than what this pathetic, present day, share price shows.

I wish the management of this Co. would realize that a fully "priced" share price is the strategic weapon of most successful Co. , and that we are seeing now is the contrary.

I don't think "market" considerations should be put in front of "real world" considerations, but they should be not ignored.

One problem with the image perception of a Co. through "market" eyes is that those who have traded DGIV have done fine, those that have held long and steady (and added) to their shares since March-April have not done well.

I don't think that was the intended message from DGIV's management.
